Welcome back, Master, to a world of possibilities, idea, and books.
The possibilities are endless in the voyage you have begun, Master. The ideas are shared in the books and here, in your virtual home where you will find lots... free when you go fishing with us. Our books, "The Calling," “Act One: The Kids,” and "Getting It", may be ordered from from Amazon.com, or from Barnes and Noble Bookstores.
The Calling merges art, history, fiction, magic realism, altered states, and mystifying imagery to help you, Master, discover new and surprising aspects in the world of quantum physics. Its protagonist, a physician-scientist is lured into a scheme to rescue a stranded cosmonaut who threatens humanity. To avoid Armageddon, the scientist must overcome the skepticism that shelters him from the anxiety produced by what his materialist, scientific mind, considers irrational.
The Calling is available at the publisher's bookstore, at Amazon, and also from Barnes and Noble
Getting It is a fantasy for teenagers of all ages. It involves a handful of high-school students in Reston, Northern Virginia. Fourteen-year-old Bobby Baines (Class of 2009) reaches deep within to find his strengths, as an entity that lives in a book becomes friend and tutor.
Bobby and a couple of his high school buddies find their way to court, having been accused of sending a Trojan Horse virus to a CIA mainframe and in the process uncovering a secret plot to kidnap a Nobel laureate candidate. "It" figures prominently in thwarting the CIA’s ill-conceived scheme. Getting It is ready to ship or download. It is also available at Amazon and also from Barnes and Noble
Act One: The Kids. This prequel to The Calling takes you to the drama in a Navajo family and the tragedy that befell those who witnessed a transgression, as forces are mobilized to restore harmony. "The Kids" is available from Barnes and Noble. The 2010 revision ties it more intimately to its sequels: The Calling, and the upcoming Odyssey, due in bookstores in 2012.
The siren songs (Herbert James Draper's "Odysseus & The Sirens" on the cover) proved too seductive, and the first release of "The Kids" was published prematurely. This time, we are tying Ulysses to the mast and keep sailing the treacherous waters until the time for publication is right and the story meets our expectations. Okay, would you believe... that Odyssey will be the trilogy: Act One: "The Kids," Act Two: "The Calling," and Act Three: "Metaphor"

Will you take a moment to become acquainted with our books, events and interest areas? It includes the study of human behavior and the quest for enlightenment, extant in our themes, fictional characters, and in our non-fiction work, be it scientific, shallow, or arcane; you decide.
We appreciate your interest, Master, and wish you a pleasant and fruitful travel throughout the intricate maze that this website offers.
All the Best Wishes,
Rod Ensor
